Orientation Registration Form: Tuesday July 6, 2010

Thank you for your interest in attending our Orientation Program. To attend one of our New Student Orientation sessions, please fill in the information below.

The Orientation Staff will reply to your email address with a confirmation of your registration and answers to your questions.

I am a: (check all that apply) Traditional Age Student-Students who typically are in the age range of 18-24, coming from high school or from another college/university. Residential Student-Students who plan to live in the Residence Halls on campus. Student Athlete-Students who are planning on participating in one of MCC’s sports teams. Adult Student-Students who are over 25 years old and are either attending college for the first time or returning to college after being away due to employment or personal commitments. International Student-Students attending MCC on an F-1 Visa/Status and are only here for the duration of their educational pursuit.

**Your “M” number is required for Orientation. To find your “M” number, look on your Admission Certificate which you received upon your acceptance to the college. If you are unable to locate your certificate, you can find your “M” number on MCC’s website. Please follow these steps:

Log on to www.monroecc.edu

Click on “Current Students”

Click on “Student Records”. This will take you to a log in page

Enter your Social Security number as your USER ID (i.e. 100101000 without dashes)

Enter your six-digit birth date as your PIN (i.e. 010188 for January 1, 1988)

Next, click on “Students"

Click on “Registration”

Finally, click on “Active Registrations”

Your “M” number will appear in the upper right hand corner of the screen and will begin M00 followed by six additional numbers
