Electronic reference service

The Leroy V. Good Library Reference Department can answer brief reference questions for you online. Please observe the following guidelines:

1. Only questions requiring a simple response should be asked via this service (for example, dates of events, authors' names, company addresses, etc.).
2. Although reference questions are generally answered within 24 hours, please allow reasonable time for a response.
3. Faculty should notify Reference Department staff if they do not want their students to use this service for a particular assignment.
