What We Do
We staff the main branch of the ETS
Call Center . Other available branches are Communication &
Network Services and Telecommunications. All branches can be reached
by dialing the Call Center at x4357 or xHELP. If you're off-campus, dial 292-2000,
then x4357.
The main Call Center branch answers calls about the Administrative applications
such as Banner, ImageNow, and WebFocus. We also work one-on-one with users
to answer PC software and procedure-related questions.
For your convenience, we have an on-line
guide of Frequently Asked Questions. If an issue requires second-level
support, a work order is created and forwarded to track its progress and document the resolution. We handle 'password reset' questions and procedures. We also register faculty and staff for ETS Technical
Training classes. Call us when you're not sure which option to call and we can direct your call.
